  • Shipping & Delivery

    Ovente.com offers free shipping for all ordered items with no minimum purchase. This limited time offer is only applied to ground shipments.

    *Applicable on standard U.S. ground shipments to valid U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Additional charges will apply upon checkout for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Limited time offer. Terms and exclusions are subject to change without prior notice. Effective August 8th 2015, 12am PST.

    Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends). Orders placed on a weekend and select holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Estimated delivery would be 3-5 business days upon receipt of tracking information.

    All orders are going through payment verification and this may delay the shipment processing in an event of inaccurate or incomplete payment information.

    Expedited shipping available upon checkout.

    • Orders placed with expedited shipping between Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays, before 10:00 AM PST will be processed the same day.
    • Expedited shipments are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
  • International Shipping

    Is approved based on payment. A wire transfer prior to shipping is required for verification. International P.O. Boxes is not available. Estimated delivery varies from country to country.

    Ovente Warranty and promotion/s are limited within the boundaries of United States and is not covered overseas.

    The recipient is also responsible for all applicable tax, duty and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in your local currency upon delivery of the order.

    For electrical items, please check your country requirements for its voltage requirements. Ovente is not responsible for any damage or injuries caused by improper application of voltage.

    What if I don't like my item?

    • We have a 15% restocking fee
    • Within 30 days = Money back guarantee on item
    • Shipping and handling are non-refundable
    • You must ship the item back to us
    • Upon receipt of item, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect back in your account
    • For items that are damaged in transit upon receipt, you will be notified and a photo will be taken for your proof to file a claim with your carrier.
    • Money back guarantee will be voided in the event of damage in transit or lost in transit.

    What if my item is defective?

    • Defective items purchased form ovente.com is eligible for a replacement or a refund within 60 days of purchase.

    Where's my item, where's my stuff?

    • Please report all missing orders so a claim maybe filed with the carrier.
    • It is your responsibility to report to us in the event within 3 business days after the estimated delivery has passed.

    Package damaged in transit?

    • Please contact us within 3 business days after the delivery date.
    • Picture of the damage item may be required.

  • Warranty


    • Your product has a one (1) year warranty period from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer. This warranty only covers defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not include damage due to abuse, misuse, commercial use, accidents or natural wear and tear. In case of replacement, shipping and handling fee may apply.


    • The warranty stated above is the only warranty applicable to this product. Other expressed or implied warranties are hereby disclaimed. No verbal or written information given by the Manufacturer, its agents or employees shall create a guarantee or in any way increase the scope and duration of this warranty. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. The manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above except to the extent prohibited by law. Proof of purchase may be required to validate the order. Promotional items may not be covered under any warranty. Consumer rights may vary from state to state.
